Description

The cottage and courtyard is situated on a quiet lane in Vétheuil. Recently restored with taste and imagination, it retains its charm-white walls, pretty fabrics, pictures, antique and modern furnishings. There is a beautiful walled garden with trees, shrubs and flowers, patio, garden furniture and BBQ. There is also a studio-workshop in the roof.

The cottage is available for short holiday lets from April to October and for longer periods in winter months. The cottage sleeps 4 to 5 people; a flight of steps leads to a picturesque living room with tiled floor, armchairs, dining furniture and kitchen with bar divider. The back door leads to the terraced garden.

A cupboard-lined lobby leads to Bedroom 1 with twin beds, wardrobe, dressing table and a day bed. Bedroom 2 also has twin beds, cupboard and dressing table and overlooks the garden.The bathroom is fully equipped with wash basin, WC, bidet and bath with shower.

The courtyard has space for two cars and leads to various cellars which accomodate the central heating boiler, washing machine and storage space.

Rental Charges

Low season: October to March inclusive is £575 per month including electricity and gas but excludes oil for heating. A minimum of one months rental is also required.

High season: April to September inclusive is £260 per week or £800 per month including electricity, gas and heating.
